The St. John Paul II Life Center is a 501(c)(3) non-profit with a three-fold mission:
- Provide OB-GYN care in line with Catholic teachings and open to all faiths
- Operate a pregnancy resource center
- Offer Education
Thankfully, there are many crisis pregnancy centers in Central Texas. There are four NaProTECHNOLOGY clinics in the state of Texas. But St. John Paul II Life Center is the only center we know of in the nation that addresses all three critical areas under one roof.
Kim comes to St. John Paul II Life Center with twenty years of award-winning healthcare, corporate and academic experience. Her passion for protecting women and babies from abortion extends to graduate school where she researched press coverage of abortion. She’s taken hotline calls for women facing unexpected pregnancies and has spoken at the Texas Rally for Life and Governor Rick Perry’s press conference endorsing the “Choose Life” license plates. As a former adjunct college professor, Kim appreciates St. JPII Life Center’s dedication to education. As a woman who struggled with infertility for 15 years, she knows the value of the Vitae Clinic’s cutting-edge NaProTECHNOLOGY. And, as an adoptive mother, she experiences the beauty of life and the heroism of birth parents through her son and his birth mom.
Sandra is from Mexico City where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Languages. She came to the United States to participate in the Walt Disney College program and met her husband of 28 years while working at the EPCOT Center. She worked for a number of different companies, and always made sure that her schedule would allow her to take care of her family’s needs. When her youngest of three sons moved to junior high, Sandra decided to come to St. John Paul II Life Center. Her joyful demeanor and ability to speak fluently in several different languages helps her connect with women from all walks of life. Sandra manages all crisis pregnancy volunteers and programs including client advocates, spiritual companions, pregnancy classes, and “Gianna’s Closet,” which provides material support to clients.
